INGREDIENTS:
- ½ kg pork liempo slices
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
- olive oil
- 5 cups water
- 1 piece radish, sliced
- 1 bundle sitaw, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 pieces siling haba (green finger chili)
- 1 sachet 20g sinigang sa sampaloc mix
- 1 bundle kangkong, cut into pieces
- patis (fish sauce), to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute pork in olive oil, onion and tomatoes.
- Add water and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
- Add radish and sitaw giving at least 2 minutes interval before each addition.
- Add siling haba. Stir in sinigang mix. Bring to a boil then add kangkong.
- Season with fish sauce to taste.
