INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound chopped pork butt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ cup water
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas
- 1 small can pimento
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a skillet, brown pork, then add salt, pepper, onions, and garlic.
- Cook until pork is done.
- Add tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, and water. If gravy is too thick, add more water.
- Add peas and cook until done. Top with pimento's.
- Serve over hot rice.
